Refund Policy – The Wealth Society LLC
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
1. Overview
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our Programs. This policy explains your eligibility for refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility
You must:
 - Request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
 - Have completed no more than 50% of the program.
 - Provide proof of limited participation (screenshots, logs, etc.).

3. How to Request A Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with the Program, you can request a refund by following these steps: 
 1 - Email: support@thewealthsocietyblueprint.com
 2 - Subject: “Refund Request – [Program Name]”
 3 - Include:
   - Full Name
   - Email Address Used
   - A brief Explanation of Why You Are Requesting A  Refund
   - Proof of Participation: Documentation showing that you have engaged in or completed less than 50% of any purchased program. 

4. Processing
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Conditions
 - No refunds will be granted beyond 30 days.
 - Refunds are conditional on compliance with usage limitations.
 - Chargebacks outside this window violate our policy and will be disputed using this policy as evidence.

6. Anti-Chargeback
By purchasing the Program, you agree:
 - You waive the right to initiate chargebacks following purchase and receive access to the programs purchased.
 - Any chargebacks will be challenged with records of your activity and agreement to these terms.
 - Legal recourse will be pursued for chargebacks made outside of this policy unless mandated by law.
